the front-end staff is rude and when you call either they don t answer or they hang up on you. it is going on week two for my refills speaking to the dr and he seems unconcern it has gotten worse over the years. the staff sitting around talking and laughing with each other and shows no concern they double book and you wait for hours to be seen at your appointment still waiting for my medicine
