Ruth Lynne Clark, MD, FABPN, is a double-board-certified neurologist and psychiatrist at The Heart Center of the Oranges, PA, who sees patients at the East Orange location.
Dr. Clark studied at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School (NJMS) in Newark, earning her Doctor of Medicine. She then completed a neurology residency at Howard University Hospital in Washington, DC, and a second neurology residency at Walter Reed Army Hospital in Bethesda, Maryland.
At The Heart Center of the Oranges, PA, Dr. Clark specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral, spinal, and peripheral nervous system disorders. She has a special interest in stroke, dementia, multiple sclerosis (MS), migraine, epilepsy, movement disorders, and spinal cord abnormalities.
When she isn’t meeting with patients or collaborating with colleagues, Dr. Clark enjoys continuing education. She has a passion for neurological education and regularly makes time to read the latest studies on stroke, multiple sclerosis, and learning disorders.
Dr. Clark is a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She’s also a member of several professional organizations, including the National Medical Association and the New Jersey Medical Association.
