Roody Dalberis, DNP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner at The Heart Center of the Oranges, PA, who sees patients at the Maplewood, New Jersey, office on Millburn Avenue. The Heart Center of the Oranges, PA, also has convenient locations in West Orange, East Orange, South Orange, Bloomfield, and Newark, New Jersey.
Roody pursued a career in mechanical engineering out of college, but he decided to return to school after developing a passion for medicine.
He studied at Essex County College in Newark, New Jersey, earning his associate’s degree in nursing. Then, he enrolled at New Jersey City University in Jersey City, earning his bachelor’s degree in nursing science. He completed postgraduate training at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School (now the New Jersey College of Medicine and Dentistry) in Newark, earning his Doctor of Nursing Practice.
At The Heart Center of the Oranges, PA, Roody offers primary medical care. He has a special interest in infectious disease treatment but often performs routine procedures, including physical exams, lab testing, and specialist referrals.
Roody is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. He’s also received extensive training in emergency procedures, including tracheostomy and ventilation.
Roody speaks English, French, and Haitian Creole fluently and welcomes new and returning patients to The Heart Center of the Oranges, PA.
