Ramesh Kania, MD, is primary health care provider to patients at The Heart Center of the Oranges, PA. The practice has convenient locations in West Orange, East Orange, South Orange, Maplewood, Newark, and Bloomfield, New Jersey.

Dr. Kania studied at Govt. Medical College, South Gujarat University in Surat, India, earning his bachelor's degree in medicine & surgery. He then obtained his diploma in Gynecology & Obstetrics and went on to pursue his Doctor of Medicine in Gynecology & Obstetrics from the same university.

He then completed two of 3-year residency programs, one at Civil Hospital, Surat, India and then at UHMC, Newark, NJ, he has been an affiliate of many renowned hospitals around New Jersey. He received extensive training in all aspects of internal medicine there.

Dr. Kania is a diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine, and has been a member of several professional organizations, including the American College of Physicians, and The Healthcare Quality Improvement Organization of New Jersey, Inc.
