Jeffrey Miller, DO, is a multiple board-certified internal medicine physician and cardiologist at The Heart Center of the Oranges, PA. He sees patients at the West Orange, New Jersey, office on Main Street. The practice also has offices in East Orange, South Orange, Maplewood, Newark, and Bloomfield, New Jersey.
Dr. Miller was born and raised in New York. He studied at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, earning his undergraduate degree, and obtained his medical degree from the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury.
After graduation, Dr. Miller completed an internal medicine internship at St. Clare’s Hospital in New York City and an internal medicine residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) in Newark. He also completed two fellowships: one in pulmonary medicine and the second in critical care medicine –– both at UMDNJ.
Dr. Miller diagnoses and treats various acute and chronic health problems but has a special interest in sleep medicine and pulmonary care.
Dr. Miller is board-certified or eligible in internal medicine, sleep medicine, critical care medicine, and pulmonary care. He’s also a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Miller is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Thoracic Society, the American College of Chest Physicians, and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
