It was determined that I needed a prescription to assist in the regulation of my potassium level and I was told to pick up the prescription at my pharmacy. I was told my prescription was not covered by my insurance due to the fact that I needed a reauthorization from the doctors office. This occurred over the Xmas holiday and I am still waiting for my prescription.
